Began career engaged in financial audit services, business process development, and advisory services such as PMI at KPMG AZSA LLC.
At WARC Co., Ltd., provided advisory services to startups, including IPO preparation and acting as interim head of the management department. Later served as head of the corporate department at a startup, overseeing corporate functions and driving IPO preparations.
Currently engaged in fund back-office operations, IPO support, accounting support for listed companies, and corporate setup support for new subsidiaries of listed companies.
Serves as an auditor for two companies preparing for an IPO and as a statutory auditor for two general incorporated associations.

At EY Shin Nihon Limited Liability Audit Corporation’s Financial Services Division, was engaged in financial audits and internal control support for asset management companies and venture capital firms. Subsequently, after serving as an accounting manager at an asset management firm focused on real estate, joined an independent accounting firm, working with private equity and venture capital firms on a range of services, including fund formation, the establishment and operational support of middle- and back-office functions, share valuation for companies preparing for an IPO, and IPO support.
Currently, leveraging extensive experience, works closely with GPs to provide comprehensive support for all middle and back-office operations, including the establishment of fund accounting and financial reporting systems, portfolio management, investment valuation, LP reporting, and coordination with audit firms.

Tsuyoshi Inagaki

After leaving the firm, established own practice as a certified tax accountant, gaining experience in tax filing, operational efficiency support, and financial due diligence (DD).
Currently focuses on fund back-office support. Greatest strength lies in combining the rigorous “examiner’s” perspective on Investment Limited Partnerships (LPS) cultivated at the audit firm with the practical “implementer’s” capabilities in back-office operations.
Specializes particularly in the financial closing and audit preparation phases, striving to ensure smooth and speedy financial closing for funds and to provide precise support with the audit in mind.

Satoshi Watanabe

At Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC, was engaged in statutory audit services, including financial statement audits and internal control audits (J-SOX).
Has handled audit engagements across a diverse range of industries, including specialized trading companies, entertainment-related service industries, publishing companies, and manufacturing (apparel, functional films, food processing, and automotive-related sectors), serving as the on-site manager for projects as needed—from planning and executing audits to liaising with management.
Subsequently established own practice, providing services to listed companies, companies preparing for an IPO, and startups, including internal control establishment and evaluation, support for preparing statutory disclosures, administrative department support during PMI, establishment and acceleration of monthly closing processes, accounting personnel training, support for statutory auditor audits, and accounting and audit response support for fund GPs. Strength lies in providing practical, hands-on support that goes beyond compliance requirements. Shuku Tanizaki

Possesses cross-functional practical experience in structured finance and fund operations and management.
At an accounting firm, handled a wide range of cases, from GK-TK (Godo Kaisha–Tokumei Kumiai) schemes to large-scale investment fund schemes. Was engaged in administrative tasks such as SPC management, accounting, tax, and legal arrangements for financial products, cash management, income/loss allocation calculations, and fund formation support.
Subsequently, at a domestic securities firm, was involved as a manager in the launch and operation of Japan’s first private equity fund targeting ship finance, handling structuring, investment execution support, and investor relations. Currently involved in multiple startups from their early stages, promoting the launch and management of corporate departments, the establishment of overseas subsidiaries, cross-border operations, and governance (in fintech, the power industry, Africa, North America, etc.), and engaged in the development of management foundations, including preparations for listing.
